Open Window Detection monitors ambient room temperatures continuously—should temperature drop by 4°C or more within space of eight minutes like when window is opened the fire heater automatically turns off to save energy. Heating can be easily resumed by pressing heat button on handset or by allowing room temperature to rise by closing window. You can program daily and weekly heating schedules using the handset Daily and Weekly Timer control functions allowing fire to turn on and provide heat at certain times of day or even specific days of week for set and forget convenience.
